Registration Fees

Please read all the information provided.

All above fees are quoted in Canadian currency.
All above fees include all applicable taxes (Goods Services Tax “GST”and Quebec Sales Tax “QST”).
All above fees (excluding for Accompanying Person) include a Program Booklet and copy of the proceedings.
Category
Author/Student Author: paper-associated
This fee only applies to the presenting author and co-author(s) of an accepted abstract (oral or poster). To qualify for the student rate, you must email your proof of enrollment or copy of student ID at time of online registration or before to iccm@iccm19.org. At least 1 “Author” or “Student Author” registration is required for each accepted abstract by its presenter. The presenter must register online with full payment and accept the online copyright clearance before their full paper upload will be accepted.

This includes full access to conference activities (Sessions, Reception, Exhibition Hall, Lunches, and coffee service). Banquet Dinner not included.
 
General (Member, Non-member, Student): not paper-associated
These fees apply to everyone other than the presenting author or co-author of an accepted abstract (oral or poster). To qualify for the student rate, you must email your proof of enrollment or copy of student ID at time of online registration or before to iccm@iccm19.org OR To qualify for the Member rate, you must email your Confsys username and proof of membership or your association member number from one of the recognized associations (listed below) at time of online registration or before to iccm@iccm19.org.

These fees include full access to conference activities (Sessions, Reception, Exhibition Hall, Lunches, and coffee service). Banquet Dinner not included.

Accompanying Person:
This fee includes full access to Reception, Exhibition Hall, Lunches, and coffee service. This fee can only be added to a full (not student) registration.
 
Banquet ticket:
This fee represents the purchase of a ticket to attend the Conference Banquet. This fee can be added to a registration.
 
Cancellation Policy
All notification of cancellation must be made in writing to ICCM19 Secretariat by email (iccm@iccm19.org) or fax (514-848-4596) in accordance with the following policy:
 
  • If your written notification of cancellation is received at ICCM19 Secretariat by May 28, 2013, you will receive a reimbursement of 50% of registration fees. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
  • For cancellations received after May 28, 2013 there is no reimbursement.

    Request for Invitation Letter
    If you need an invitation letter to ICCM19 and your submission has been accepted for oral or poster presentation, you may send a request by email to ICCM19 Secretariat at iccm@iccm19.org or by fax at 514-848-4596. All requests must be made in writing to ICCM19.
     
    Payment Method
    By Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, American Express) or PayPal account.
     
    ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS
  • All Registrations are completed online.

  • You must be a user in “Confsys” to register online. To become a user, please go to www.iccm19.org, click on large logon button at right, click “New User”. Ensure you have completed the profile and interest sections.

  • If you are already a user, here are the online registration instructions
      • o   Go to www.iccm19.org, click on large logon button at right, login with username & password, choose My account\My registration
      o   Complete registration page including copyright clearance acceptance on same page
      o   Click register button
      o   Complete Registration page. Note: your registration status will show as UNCONFIRMED until payment is made.
      o   To pay, click the PAYPAL button which takes you to PAYPAL’s secure payment site
      o   Complete payment info page.
      o   Once payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation of payment via email from Paypal and you will be returned to the registration page in Confsys and your registration shall show as CONFIRMED
  • Once your registration shows as CONFIRMED, you may upload your full paper. For instructions to upload your paper please go to “Paper Submission” on the ICCM19 website or click here
