Paper Submission

(Required for oral and poster presentation)

Thank you for your abstract submission. On March 2, 2013 all notifications of acceptance will be sent to authors. For authors whose abstract is accepted for oral or poster presentation, you must register online before uploading your paper. Once your registration is CONFIRMED you will be able to submit your full paper (ICCM19 Paper Template provided below) NO LATER THAN June 15, 2013. General Information
    
  • Papers shall be uploaded online NO LATER THAN June 15, 2013.
  • Papers shall be submitted in English
  • Papers must be submitted in PDF format using the ICCM19 Paper Template which is the same template used for the abstract. Paper length must be between 8-12 pages. See the button below to download. You may be asked to revise your paper if the format is not correct.
  • Authors are to ensure their paper does not contain spelling and grammatical errors. Until the Paper submission deadline, you may upload your revised version(s) of your paper noting that the system will only keep one (1) version - the latest uploaded version. There will be no access to submissions after the Paper submission deadline.
  • Each accepted abstract requires a registration by the Presenter. The presenter must have completed an online registration with full payment and agreed to the copyright clearance transfer before being permitted to upload the full paper. Each presenter should register and upload the full paper by the Paper Submission deadline or the paper may be withdrawn from the final program.
  • Full Papers will be published in the Conference proceedings and each participant will receive a copy (usb flash drive) at arrival to the conference.

    Please ensure your full paper is prepared in pdf format before submitting online.

    1. Click the Online submission button below. This takes you to our online submission system (“Confsys”).

    2. To login, type in Username and password (top right), click on “Login” button. Go to “Author” tab, select “My Paper”. Select the submission with the PaperID corresponding to your paper to be uploaded.

    3. On the Paper Info page, go below to heading “Upload Related to this Paper”, insert your paper in pdf format, click “upload new file” and a message on screen will appear confirming your paper has been uploaded successfully. To verify this in your submission, click the “back” button to return to the Paper Info page. Under the heading “Paper files (PDF)”, go to <…FinalVersion> to see your paper listed.

    Withdraw of Paper
    Please consult our Reimbursement policy under the Registration section of our website for information on deadlines. If you must withdraw your paper, please notify the ICCM19 Secretariat by email at iccm@iccm19.org as soon as possible.
