The organizing committee of ICCM19 cordially invites you to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations. We are looking forward to the enthusiastic participation of scholars working on composites from all parts of the world. All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the scientific program committee or session developers based on standard review procedures. Accepted Abstracts will be assigned to oral or poster presentations. Notification of Acceptance will be provided by email to the author(s).
    

Abstracts should be submitted online. Abstracts should be submitted in English, in PDF format using the ICCM19 Abstract Template.

Authors may edit and modify already submitted abstracts until the submission deadline. Authors must ensure their abstract does not contain spelling and grammatical errors. No changes or proofreading will be possible after the submission deadline.

Each selected presenter must register online with full payment and accept the online copyright clearance before their full paper upload will be accepted. Each presenter must register online by the Pre-registration deadline or the paper may be withdrawn from the final program. A registration is required for each accepted paper accepted.

Online Sign up & Submission Instructions

Step 1: Click on Online submission button. This takes you to our online submission provider (Confsys Conference Management System).

Step 2: If already signed in and completed profile, go to step 3. To sign in, click on “New User” button (top right), type in email address, press submit. Await a notification by email of your username and password. To complete profile & interests, type in Username and password (top right), click on “Login” button. Note that submissions will not be accepted if your user profile is not completed.

To submit and upload an abstract, go to “Author” tab, select “My Paper”. Please use the template (link below) to prepare your abstract before uploading with your submission.

Step 4: Authors may edit, modify, or withdraw already submitted abstracts until the submission deadline. If you must withdraw an abstract, please notify the ICCM19 Secretariat in writing as soon as possible.
